What a spectacular trip.  As usual the sights of Ireland were only exceeded by the people.  Paddy was an excellent guide not only into Ireland today but also into Irish history.  He brought it to life and was impressively knowledgeable.  Now add Paddys natural charm and singing voice and you have a dynamic true "Irishman".  It was the best to say nothing of the outstanding links golf courses.  The Kerns along with us had an exceptional time. 

Again you have surpassed our expectations.  Thank you for all the considerations you made for us.  We will see you again!

It all went very well thank you. We had wonderful weather. I thought Lahinch was just wonderful. We were put out with a member which was not what we had in mind but it proved to be a very good thing because he was really nice and guided us round the course. It took an age to get round (almost 5 hours) but it was a lovely day so it didn really matter. Had it been wet and windy it would not have been ideal so I suspect next time it would be sensible to go out later (or earlier) in the day. We liked Doonbeg very much too and because you had managed to get us off first we got round very quickly without seeing a single person. In fact we had time to look round Limerick before going to the airport.The hotel was just what was needed although I would be inclined to stay in the main building next time.

I can see us returning to Doonbeg at some stage but I would like to try something else next. perhaps in the autumn. Do you have any ideas? Ideally, like this, we really need a couple of courses close to an airport

The Mercedes Coach was new with very comfortable seats. Eamon was a true professional. He was a great driver, a caring, dependable and efficient organizer and was always on time.

I was with the Alan Swan golf trip to the west of Ireland a few weeks ago.

Our driver was Eamon Hegarty.

The coach was extremely comfortable,with a good A/C and P/A system

Our driver Eamon was excellent. At all times he was courteous and helpful,especially with luggage and golf bags.

He was knowledgeable re parts of the countryside we drove through,and educated us all in how the bogs of Ireland were formed. 

He is a credit to your company.

Thank you again for arranging our 3-12 September 2010 east/west coast links golf tour.  Your golf course and hotel recommendations worked perfectly.

With the able assistance of Peter, the logistics of our trip went without a hitch.  Peter kept us on schedule, amused us with his stories about Ireland and his many tour guide experiences, and he even helped us organize our shopping for dorm room supplies for my son Jeffs enrollment as a study abroad student at University College Cork.  Now if Peter could only have done something about the wind and rain that followed us around on the golf course ... !

Thanks for a very well planned and executed trip and I will certainly recommend Links Golf Ireland to friends/associates planning golf/sightseeing vacations in Ireland.

Hi Eamon, promise not to stalk you, but wanted to first of all thank you for being such a wonderful representative of your company and country.  Your knowledge of the history and the manner in which you dealt with 11 “odd” personalities was very impressive.  Thank you again.  Also, I forgot to ask you about the courses listed below by a friend who will be coming to Ireland sometime in August.  Please advise what you know about the place these ladies will be staying and the courses they will be playing.

Just a quick note to let you know how much our family enjoyed the trip.  In particular, your high praise for Eamon in advance of the trip proved to be very well deserved. Eamon is a terrific fellow, and got along extremely well with all members of our family, which is a feat in itself.  He managed very well to walk the fine balance between friendliness and interaction without inserting himself into our family vacation.  He was a big part of the trips success.

If I were doing the trip again, I would try to combine certain segments so that we stayed 3-4 days at a couple of the hotels.  But that would be tweaking what was a most enjoyable family vacation.
